The Best mexicali green smoothie

Elements


  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ bunch clean cilantro – small stems ok
  • juice of 1 big lime
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 small Turkish cucumber (1 cup)
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1-three slices jalapeno ( or more to taste)
  • chia seeds– optional

instructions


  1. Blend all ingredients until clean, including a tablespoon of water if important to get the blender going. Add a few ice cubes to relax it (or use frozen bananas or pineapple).
  2. Divide into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds
  3. Makes 2 small smoothies, or one huge one
